Classic Fudge/Frosting

Ingredients

2 cups chocolate (I used dairy free dark chocolate chunks from @traderjoes)

1 can (11.25oz) sweetened condensed milk (I used sweetened condensed coconut milk from @naturescharm)

Directions

Place the chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave again for 30 seconds. Stir until all the chocolate is melted. Cover and place in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Scoop the hardened mixture into a large mixing bowl and beat on HIGH for at least 5 minutes…the time really depends on your mixer strength. Make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl several times. The goal is to incorporate A LOT of air and transform this from fudge to a light and airy fudge frosting.

Frost a cake, top a cupcake, spread on a graham cracker, or just eat with a spoon 😉
