Carrot and Sweet Potato Soup

500 g sweet potatoes (chopped)
300 g carrots (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (sliced)
1 vegetable stock pot
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
seasoning according to taste
Directions
Optional: Saute the onions and garlic.
Add all the ingredients to the soup maker, including the vegetable stock pot, followed by hot water up to the MAX line.
Set off on smooth.
When the soup cycle has finished, season if required.
