Chicken Pot Pie Puff Pastry Bake

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (cubed or shredded)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

½ cup milk or water

1–2 cups green beans (drained if canned or thawed if frozen)

1 sheet puff pastry

½–1 cup crispy onions

Optional: garlic powder, pepper, shredded cheese

Directions

Preheat oven: 375°F.

Cook the chicken

Dice chicken into small pieces.

Sauté in a pan with a little oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until mostly cooked.

Make the filling

Stir together:

cream of chicken

cream of mushroom

milk/water

green beans

cooked chicken

Assemble

Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle some crispy onions into the filling.

Lay the puff pastry sheet over the top (trim if needed).

Bake

Bake 25–30 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden.

Finish

Sprinkle extra crispy onions on top for the last 5 minutes for crunch.
