Sautéed Savoy Cabbage

Ingredients

1 whole Savoy cabbage, quartered and

cored

1 tbsp sunflower oil

100g butter

Sea salt and black pepper

Directions

1 Slice the cabbage as thinly as possible.

2 Heat the oil in a pan over a medium- high heat, then add the butter and allow to melt. Add the cabbage and some salt and pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender and beginning to brown, stirring occasionally. Taste and add more seasoning if needed. Serve warm.
