This recipe was inspired by many different high protein, low calorie food creators below. This is my spin to some their recipes which they have already made. The chocolate cake batter is one I have not seen before but know there’s many variations! Recipe⬇️

Chocolate Cake Batter Cookie

Base (Mix)

60 g pumpkin puree

12 g Coconut flour

20 g coco powder

1/2 scoop chocolate protein

3 tbsp stevia sweetner

85 g plain non fat Greek yogurt

46 g egg whites

1/2 tsp cake batter extract

1/2 baking soda

Form into 2 cookies and add to SPRAYED baking sheet

Directions

Bake @ 375 for 18 min

Cool cookies for at least 10 min after

Icing

85 g plain non fat greek yogurt

1 tbsp stevia sweetner

1 tbsp coco powder

1 tbsp almond milk

4 g sugar free chocolate jello mix

1/4 tsp cake batter extract

Add icing to cookie base

Add sprinkles on top of icing and base. For more topping take off some of the side of the base, crumble up and add on top of cookie.
