Greens and Beans and Things

1 medium onion, diced
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground chicken or ground turkey breast
1 tbsp Chili Pepper Paste (or more or less to taste- found in the produce aisle by the herbs)
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup rice, cooked
1 can Black-Eyed Peas
1 bunch Mustard Greens (or other dark, leafy green vegetable)
1 lemon
salt
pepper
Directions
Saute the onions for a few minutes on medium high heat in the olive oil and then add the meat and brown-add salt and pepper to taste. Add the Chili Pepper paste and Tomato Paste and stir thoroughly. Add the cooked rice and the black-eyed peas and let get warm. Finally, add the Mustard Greens, turn the heat down to medium and let the greens wilt into the meal. Stir occasionally for the next 5 minutes. Plate and sprinkle fresh lemon juice on top.
