20 Min Ginger Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden minced garlic paste
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden ginger paste
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 package mushrooms
1 carrot thinly sliced
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos if gluten-free)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp honey or brown sugar
Juice of ½ lime
Gourmet Garden fresh basil leaves
Directions
1.Prep veggies: Slice carrots and bell pepper, cut broccoli into small florets. This helps them cook faster.
2.Slice chicken into thin slices and coat with ginger and garlic paste
3.Cook chicken: Add chicken slices, stir-fry 5-6 min until mostly cooked through and lightly golden. Set Aside
4.Cook veggies: In the same pan, add a splash more oil if needed. Toss in mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 4-5 min until crisp-tender.
5.Return chicken to the pan. Stir sauce (soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, lime juice) and pour over everything. Toss for 2-3 minutes until evenly coated and chicken is fully cooked.
Turn off heat, stir in basil leaves until just wilted.
7.Serve: Over jasmine rice, brown rice, or noodles.
