1 bag Trader Joe’s Chicken Gyoza Potstickers (or any frozen chicken or pork potstickers)
1 can Trader Joe’s Organic Coconut Cream (or any full-fat coconut cream)
3 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Soyaki (or a mix of soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and a splash of sesame oil)
½ bottle Trader Joe’s Thai Style Red Curry Sauce (or your favorite store-bought red curry sauce)
4 cloves garlic, minced (or use jarred minced garlic—measure with your heart)
Trader Joe’s Crunchy Chili Onion, for garnish (or chili crisp)
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a baking dish, combine the coconut cream, Soyaki, red curry sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk everything together right in the dish until the sauce is fairly smooth—the coconut cream might be a bit chunky at first, but it’ll come together nicely.
Add the frozen potstickers to the sauce and spread them out evenly. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 35 minutes, then remove from the oven and uncover.
Top with a spoonful of Crunchy Chili Onion and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
Serve hot over white rice and enjoy this creamy, flavorful viral favorite!
