Dough
300g Bread Flour
400g 0% Greek yogurt
1 ½ tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
50g monk fruit Sweetner
1 egg yolk (I forgot to add this)
Pinch of Salt
Filling
30g kerrigold butter, melted
30g brown sugar Splenda blend
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Frosting
45g 1/3 fat Philadelphia cream cheese
1 scoop or 33g vanilla protein powder

1 packet Truvia or 8g Sweetener of choice
Splash of vanilla extract
Directions
Add your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined. Then fold in the Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
Roll the dough out to about 1/2 inch thick into a rectangle, spread on the melted butter, then top with cinnamon and brown sugar blend.
Slice into 6 strips, roll each one into a bun, and place into a greased baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
While baking, mix together your frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Once the buns are done, let them cool slightly, pour the frosting over top, and dig in.
