Gluten Free Cheese Toast in Air Fryer

2 tbsp fermented Italian dressing
1/4 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
3 slices gluten free bread
3 slices mozzarella cheese
4 slices deli chicken breast (lunch meat)
1 tomato (slice)
oregano/salt/pepper (to taste)
1 toothpick (to hold sandwich together)
Directions
For the sauce:
First, combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl, then stir well and set aside.
For the sandwich:
Layer the sandwich, by first putting sauce on one side of each piece of bread.
Next, fold the deli chicken breast slice in half, and place two slices on only two bread slices, directly on top of sauce. Then, add 1 slice of mozzarella cheese to both of those slices of bread.
Afterwards, stack the meat and cheese covered bread slices, and place the 3rd slice with just sauce on top of the sandwich. Then, add the remaining slice of mozzarella cheese to the top slice. Next, add sliced tomato and seasonings on top of the cheese. Place a toothpick through the center of the sandwich to prevent the top layer of bread from coming off in the air fryer.
Next, oil the base of your air fryer, lightly, then add sandwich directly in the middle of the base. Finally, cook the sandwich on the air fry setting at 370° F for 8-10 minutes until top cheese is melted and slightly crisp.
