Ingredients

100 g (¾ cup) blueberries (fresh or frozen)

100 g (¾ cups) blackberries (fresh or frozen)

100 g (¾ cup) strawberries (fresh or frozen)

30 g (2 tbsp) granulated sugar

16 g (2 tbsp) all-purpose flour

Directions

In a bowl, toss the berries with sugar and flour until evenly coated. Set aside while you prepare the cake batter.

Berry Cake Base

Ingredients:

275 g (1 cup + 2 tbsp)Labneh or greek yogurt

100 g (½ cup) granulated sugar

50 g (¼ cup) dark brown sugar

80 ml (⅓ cup) butter

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

190 g (1½ cups) all-purpose flour

¾ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

Almond Streusel Topping

Ingredients:

150 g (1¼ cups) all-purpose flour

213 g (1 cup) dark brown sugar

113 g (½ cup) almond meal

½ tsp ground cinnamon

6 g (1¼ tsp) salt

113 g (½ cup) cold unsalted butter, cubed
