800g Raw Cubed Chicken Breast

1 ½ tsp Salt

2 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

2 tsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Paprika

2 tsp Olive Oil

25g Light Butter for cooking

3-4 Garlic Cloves Minced

Freshly Chopped Parsley

80-100g Reduced Sugar BBQ Sauce (Brand: Tesco)

50-60g Shredded Mozzarella

Crispy Potatoes

800g Cubed Potatoes Raw

1 tsp Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Oregano

Optional Olive Oil or Cooking Spray

Directions

When cooking the chicken make sure it’s not too high heat, then lower the heat when adding garlic, parsley and BBQ sauce

Mix it all in till coated and juicy, this will give an incredible smokey flavor

Add the cheese on low heat then cover till it melt, you can add a little water to steam better

Store in the fridge or freezer then reheat in the air fryer or oven
