SLOW COOKER PORK CHOPS

2 Tbsp. oil
4 to 6 pork loin chops, cut ¾ inch thick
Black Pepper, to taste
2 cans condensed fat-free cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
½ cup skim milk
4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
¼ cup fat-free sour cream

Directions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Brown pork chops on both sides. Season with pepper. Coat Crock-Pot with nonstick cooking spray (or use crock pot bags). Blend soup, milk, cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Place half of pork chops into Crock-Pot. Pour half of sauce mixture over pork. Repeat with remaining chops and sauce. Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours.
