Chicken Stir Fry (No Sugar Sauce)

• 7 oz chicken breast, sliced
• 2 cups stir-fry vegetables
• 1 tsp sesame or olive oil
• Sauce: soy sauce, garlic, ginger, splash rice vinegar
Directions
1. Cook chicken in oil over medium-high heat.
2. Remove chicken; stir-fry veggies 3-4 min.
3. Add chicken back, sauce lightly, cook 1-2 min.
Notes
• Cauliflower rice (low carb) • OR ½ cup jasmine rice (moderate carb)
