Tuna Lasagna

1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp garlic
2 cans chopped tomatoes
140g tub tomato paste with garlic and herbs
360g tuna flaked and drained
1/2 C corn kernels
Lasagna sheets
1/2 C grated cheese
2 Tb butter
2Tb plain flour
1 1/2 C milk
1/2 c grated cheese
250g cottage cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C and spray 20x30cm baking dish.
Spray saucepan and cook onions and garlic.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, tuna and corn and simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add flour and gradually stir in milk.
Cook until thick, stirring all the time.
Stir in grated cheese and cottage cheese.
Layer mixtures alternately with lasagna sheets and top with grated cheese.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
