Ingredients

1 boiled potato

1 egg

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp cornstarch

Pinch of salt

1 egg yolk (for brushing)

Sesame seeds

Directions

Mash the boiled potato until smooth.

Add 1 egg, Greek yogurt, baking powder,1 tbsp cornstarch and a pinch of salt.

Mix everything well until smooth and thick.

Shape into small buns and place on a tray.

Brush each bun with egg yolk.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden #recipes #healthyfood #health #healthyeating
