1 Cup unsalted melted butter
16 oz sour cream
4 eggs
4 T sugar
30 oz creamed corn
30 oz sweet corn (drained)
17 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix (2 boxes)
1 t salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9x13 pan
In large bowl, mix butter, sour cream, and eggs until well combined.
Stir in sugar, corn, and muffin mix.
Pour into pan and bake until set (about 30 minutes).
Let set for quite a while to finish setting
