1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Step-by-step:
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook diced potatoes until golden and crispy.
Remove potatoes and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Return potatoes to the pan and mix with the beef.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover and let the cheese melt until bubbly.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
