Ingredients

300g mahi-mahi fillets

4 small tortillas

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 ripe mango, diced

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp lime juice

Pinch of salt

3 tbsp sour cream

1 tsp chipotle paste (or chili powder)

1 tsp lime juice

Directions

- Mix paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then coat the fish evenly.

- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook mahi-mahi for 3–4 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through.

- In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make salsa.

- In another bowl, mix sour cream, chipotle paste, and lime juice for crema.

- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.

- Flake fish into chunks and assemble tacos with mango salsa and chipotle crema.

- Serve immediately with extra lime wedges.
