Chicken Steak Mix

500g lean ground chicken (I used 2% fat)

125g mozzarella

2 eggs

1/2 red bell pepper

1/2 cup sweetcorn

3 tbsp fresh parsley

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1-2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne (optional for added spice)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder (keeps chicken moist)

3 tbsp (45g) plain flour

Avocado cooking spray (Approx. 1 tbsp)

Directions

Preheat a pan on medium high heat, add cooking spray, then sear the steaks for 5-6 minutes on est side till fully cooked (use a meat thermometer to double check)🔥

Homemade Crinkle Cut Fries

800g raw potatoes (in fry shapes, optionally use a crinkle cutter)

Salt to taste

Cooking spray (approx. 2 tsp)

Homemade Garlic Sauce

120g 0% Greek yoghurt

30g light mayo

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt to taste

Water to adjust consistency

Storage & Heating ♨️

if meal prepping, store the steak and fries in a meal prep box in the fridge for up to 5 days

To reheat, place the steak in a pan and heat through on medium heat then toss the fries in the air-fryer till crispy again, Enjoy!
