1 English cucumber, diced

1 large avocado, diced

4-6 oz smoked or canned salmon (extra if wanting more protein)

1-2 Tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

1-2 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp hondashi (optional),

2 Tbsp mayonnaise

1-2 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds
