Miso Onigiri - Cabbage and/Or Tuna

Cabbage – A handful shredded
Miso – 1 tbsp
Sesame oil – a small amount

1 small can of tuna in water
1-2 tbsp of Kewpie mayonnaise
1 tsp of miso
Directions
Cabbage:
Pour hot water over the shredded cabbage and let sit for a few minutes.
Cool with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Chop finely.
Mix miso and sesame oil, then combine with cabbage.
Either mix with rice or use as filling to make onigiri
Tuna:
Pour out water of tuna can
Mix miso and mayo in a bowl
Mix in tuna after
Use as filling to make onigiri
