Frosted Creams

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 cup shortening

1 cup sour cream

1 cup molasses

3 cups flour

2 tsp. soda

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. ginger

Directions

Mix and bake at 350 in cookie sheet pan. Cut into bars. Frost with powdered sugar icing.

Notes

We ate alot of these bars.
