Beef Jerky

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. accent
1/2 to 1/4 tsp. dry red pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. barbecue spice
3/4 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
pinch of garlic salt
Directions
Mix together. Press into loaf pan that has been lined with foil. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature. Put in freezer for 2 hours (makes it easier to slice). Slice into strips and bake at 200 degrees for 3 hours or until dry.
