Ingredients

Gin 45ml

Blackberry and clove cordial 45ml

Blackberry and clove cordial

Water 400g

Blackberries 100g

Sugar 150g

Citric acid 14g

Clove 5 pieces

Directions

Mix sugar with water and add blackberries cut in half and cloves, place in a vacuum bag and leave in sous vide for 6 hours at a temperature of 55C. Cool and add citric acid.
