Directions
1. In a bowl, put the flour and the butter at room temperature and cutted in small pieces.
2. With your fingers, mix flour and butter until large crumbs are formed. Add the pinch of salt, egg yolks, sugar and chopped lemon zest.
3. Mix everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. Make a ball out of it and put it in the refrigerator in a kitchen film for at least an hour.
