Dill Sauce

Ingredients

¼ cup plain whole milk yogurt

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 garlic clove (grated)

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Directions

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, and dill. Chill until ready to use.

Serve with Roasted Asparagus, or see the blog post above for more serving suggestions.

Notes

Add lots of dill and lemon juice to taste. I add at least 1/4 cup of chopped dill.

1-2 tablespoons of chopped capers and 1-2 tablespoons of caper juice.
