Tuscan Chicken Orzo

Ingredients

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

2 cups Orzo

3 1/2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth

1/2 cup Heavy Cream

8 oz Sun dried Tomatoes

2 cups Spinach

1 Shredded Rotisserie Chicken

1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Preheat your oven to 425F.

Grease a 9x12 baking dish.

Prep your spinach by washing and chopping it.

To your greased baking dish, add dry orzo, broth, cream, seasonings, sundried tomatoes (including the oil from the jar), chopped spinach and chicken

Mix well and make sure the orzo is covered by the liquid.

Bake at 425F for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, mix well and slowly fold in parmesan cheese.
