Ingredients

2 cups packed fresh cilantro leaves

1 cup packed fresh mint leaves

⅓ cup plain yogurt

¼ cup minced onion

1 tablespoon juice from 1 lime

1½ teaspoons sugar

½ teaspoon ground cumin

¼ teaspoon table salt

Directions

Process all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth, about 20 seconds, scraping down the sides of the workbowl as needed.

Notes

This chutney can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
