Recipe:
Brown 2lbs ground beef
While browning add in:
1 diced yellow onion
1 diced green bell pepper
2 diced jalapeños (I remove the seeds)
Cook and break it up
Drain the beef
Then add in:

Add 6oz tomato paste
2 tbsp minced garlic
Add in spices:
2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 can rotel with green peppers
29 oz can tomato sauce
1 can bush’s magic chili starter
1 can kidney beans
Cover and let simmer for at least 1 hour!
