Ditalini Pasta Dish

1 box Organic Ditalini pasta (Linked in bio)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
5 cups water
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
½ tbsp onion powder
Salt & pepper
¾ cup heavy cream
3–4 tbsp butter
1 cup grated Parmesan
Directions
Heat olive oil over medium and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base and stir until it melts into the oil.
Add the dry Ditalini pasta and toss to coat for about 1 minute.
Pour in 5 cups of water, then season with Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Let it simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed and the pasta is tender.
Add heavy cream, butter, and Parmesan. Stir until everything becomes creamy and glossy.
Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve warm and enjoy!

Note - If you use barilla Ditalini instead or the organic, I would use 3 cups of water instead of 5, since the Organic is a larger (better quality) pasta 🙂
