Ricotta cheese

Directions

Cut cherry tomatoes in half or quarters.

Cook gnocchi according to package, drain and put back into hot pot with pesto and cut tomatoes. Let residual heat soften tomatoes a little.

Serve hot with ricotta cheese on top.
