Granola
150g Old fashioned rolled oats
70g raw pecans, chopped
50g Sliced Almonds
50g Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
*15g cacao powder for chocolate granola
*40g mini chocolate chip for chocolate granola
Syrup
60g Maple syrup
15g Light Brown sugar
50g Unrefined coconut oil
3g Salt
Directions
Mix dry ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl
Preheat oven to 275F
Mix syrup in a pot and bring to a boil
Pour syrup into dry ingredients
*add coco powder here if you‘re making chocolate version
Evenly layer onto parchment paper lined sheet and bake for 1 hour total at 275F, or until golden brown
Toss and mix every 15 minutes
Cool completely before storing
*add chocolate chips after cooled
