125 grams oats

25 grams poppy seeds

Almond extract

375 grams greek yogurt (0%)

5 medium egg

10 tsp allulose

1 1/4tsp baking powder

13 grams vanilla essence

Directions

Mix the oats, poppy seeds, lemon, yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla and baking powder together. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200C. Basically a giant muffin, but crazy nutritious. 🙏
