Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive

1 tube hot breakfast sausage

1 yellow onion

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

1 jalapeño

5 cloves garlic

Two bay leaves

1 can crushed tomatoes

1 can diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons tomato paste

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

4 tablespoons A1 sauce

3 tablespoons smoked paprika

1 tablespoon chili powder

One box, elbow pasta

One box, beef broth

Directions

In a large Dutch, add olive oil and brown the sausage.

Chop up the green peppers, onion, and jalapeño add to the pot. Soften the vegetables create a space in the center of the pot and add the tomato paste brown for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix the tomato paste into the pot add the crushed and diced tomatoes mince the garlic, added it in add in the paprika, add salt and pepper to taste. Add in one box beef broth bring to boil then add bay leaves. Add in Worcestershire sauce and A1 sauce . Add in pasta reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Add water if needed.

Notes

Add sour cream if wanted
