Mongolian Beef

Ingredients

300g of flank steak, thinly sliced

1/4 cup of cornstarch

4 stalks green onions, green parts only and cut into 2 inch pieces

Sauce:

1/4 cup of beef stock

1/4 cup of light soy sauce

1/3 cup of brown sugarw-you how

2 tsp of ginger, minced

4 cloves of garlic, minced olian

Directions

1. Slice your steak into 1/4" strips then coat the beef with cornstarch. Set aside.

2. Chopped your green onions. Set aside.

3. In a bowl, combine beef stock, light soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Set aside.

4. Fry the beef until golden brown for about 4 minutes and set aside:

5. Add your premixed sauce to the pan, add corn starch and stir to thicken.

Steps:

Add back your beef and stir until it is evenly coated.

Lastly, add the green onions and give it a final mix. Enjoy!
