Chocolate Banana Brownie

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas (about 200 g peeled)

1/2 cup yogurt (120 g)

2 eggs

2 tbsp cocoa powder (14 g)

1 tbsp honey (21 g)

Directions

Mash the bananas until smooth. Add yogurt and eggs, mix well. Add cocoa powder and honey, then blend until you get a smooth batter. Pour into a small lined baking dish. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 18–22 minutes until set. Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
