Pizza Dough

1.5 cups warm water 370 grams
2g yeast 2/3 tsp
1 tsp honey 4grams
390 g bread flour
200g bread flour (set aside)
2 tsp salt (set aside) 12 g
1 tbsp 1 tsp olive oil (set aside) 17g
Directions
Water + yeast + honey - mix until combined evenly. Let sit until bubble
Mix into flour
Mix to slurry
Add rest of flour, salt, olive oil
Mix until dry incorporated ball
Knead until it’s smooth. 15 min
Place dough ball in olive oiled bowl. Cover and rest for 1 hour
Cut into pieces. (2 pieces for normal, 4 pieces for cast iron)
Bowl with tiny bit of flour, add dough balls, cover with plastic wrap and something to cover, let sit for 6-8 hours

I forgot the olive oil and salt. Very much tasted like it was missing salt, but besides that it was good

Very hard to put the dough onto a hot cast iron. I tried placing it on as calzone then unfolding… didn’t really work
I forgot to put olive oil on the pan ( heavy olive oil would help with taking it off pan)
I but it on jumbo burner and high to heat on pan, too hot only do medium.
Turned out bad looking but good tasting. About 3ish min on stove and 4ish in oven
If I could easily transfer the pizza dough onto the hot pan this would be the perfect way to cook it
