BBQ Meatball Street Tacos

1 Pound Frozen Mini Meatballs
12 ounces Beer
2 cups BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp Garlic Minced
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Cornstarch
Pepper to Taste
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp bbq sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp dill relish
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp granulated garlic
salt & pepper to taste
Street taco shells - flour or corn
cabbage
goat cheese
Directions
Meatballs
Place all meatball ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes
Once the sauce begins boiling reduce heat to a simmer.
Let cook on low for 15 min or until sauce has reduced & meatballs are cooked through.
Burger Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl & whisk well until smooth & creamy
Assemble
Add to your mini tortilla
Top with cabbage, goat cheese & burger sauce
