1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup grits
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup butter milk
2 eggs
1 stick of butter
Directions
Preheat cast iron skillet at 375
Combine all dry ingredients
combine wet ingredients minus butter but don’t add to dry ingredients yet
when skillet is preheated, add stick of butter to skillet to melt
combine wet and dry ingredients and put in skillet immediately
bake for 20-25 minutes
