Cod Fish Tacos

900g white fish
Greek Yogurt
Mayonnaise
Red or white cabbage
500g carrots
Fresh cilantro
Olive oil
2 Limes
Tajin

18 small tortillas
Directions
Season the fish. Season fish with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground cumin and 2 tsp Tajin.
Prepare the sauce. Combine 300g Greek yogurt, 6 tbs mayonnaise, the juice of 1 lime, 2 tsp Tajin, salt, and some water to thin in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Prepare the slaw. Finely grate the carrots and the cabbage. Toss with fresh cilantro, olive oil, juice of 1 lime, salt, and keep cold.
Cook the fish. Place on preheated skillet and spray with olive oil, cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side until fish is just opaque and charred. Break up in large chunks.
Char the tortillas over an open flame on the burner or in a skillet about 30 seconds on each side, stack on a plate covered with a towel to keep warm.
Assemble tacos. Place slaw on the bottom of each tortilla, top with fish and drizzle with sauce, serve with lime wedges.
