Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

3 medium bananas, mashed (approx. 2 cups)

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 tbsp desiccated coconut

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 C, line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Blend oats in good processor, then add the other ingredients except the chocolate chips.

Pour batter into the pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake for 12-15 minutes.
