Cheesy Hot Dog Casserole

8 9-Inch Flour Tortilla
8 Beef Hot Dog
2 can No-Bean Chili
2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 teaspoon Onion Flakes
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a 9 x 11 baking pan, pour the contents of 1 can of No-Bean Chili (1 can) and spread it around until the bottom is completely covered.
Roll each Beef Hot Dog (8) in a 9-Inch Flour Tortilla (8) until completely rolled up. and cut the excess of each tortilla.
Place the rolled hotdog in the baking pan on top of the chili and sprinkle the Onion Flakes (1 tsp) if using. Add 1 cup of the Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup) over top of the hot dog wraps.
Pour the remaining can of No-Bean Chili (1 can) over the wraps and spread until fully covered. Sprinkle the remaining Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup) on top.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and garnish with Dried Parsley (1 tsp). Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
