Ingredients

2 cloves garlic (minced)

2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon anchovy paste or 2 anchovy filets

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

½ cup full fat plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt will work)

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon fine sea salt

¼ teaspoon ground pepper

1-2 Tablespoons water (as needed to thin)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add additional salt and pepper if needed. Makes about 1 cup.
