800g Cubed Chicken Breast

2 tsp Oregano

1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder

1 ½ tsp Onion Powder

40ml Light Soy Sauce

45g Corn Flour / Corn Starch

2 tsp Olive Oil for cooking

Crispy Fries

800g Uncooked Potatoes cut into fries

Season with Salt & Pepper

Directions

When coating the chicken with corn flour, make sure it’s thoroughly coated to get the best crispy results

If you want to lower calories then you can just leave the cornflour out! Chicken will still taste amazing!

If you’re using an air fryer you don’t need olive oil. You can just use cooking spray to save calories and make sure you don’t over season the fries

Make the dynamite sauce in batches so you can store in the fridge. You can sub the chilli garlic sauce with some chilli flakes and garlic powder
