2 mini croissants, cut into one inch pieces
1/4 milk
1/4 cup egg whites
Salt and pepper to taste
Breakfast meat of choice
Sprinkle of shredded cheese
1 tsp butter
Hot honey to taste
Directions
Cut the croissants into bottom of single baking dish. Mix together milk and Eggwhites and pour on top of croissants. Add seasonings, meat, and cheese
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
In a separate mini bowl melt butter and mix in honey. Pour over top of casserole.
