Blueberry Baked Oats (High Protein)

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use MYPROTEIN)

2 tbsp low calorie maple syrup

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup blueberries

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup almond milk

a pinch of salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Start by mixing everything in a bowl and mash it up, so the consistency is smooth and bananas aren’t chunky.

Grease a bread pan with oil/butter and add in your mixed oats.

Bake at 375 C for 40 minutes
