Indian Stir Fry Cabbage

This Bengali stir fry cabbage is absolutely easy to prepare, with very little ingredients. Add a dollop of ghee in the end. And transform this dish into something so amazing. My family enjoy this dish with puri or paratha or you can have as a side dish with daal
1 medium Cabbage thinly sliced
3/4 cup Peas
1 Tomato, chopped
6 green chillies more or less according to taste
1 tsp Bengali five spices (panch phoron)
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Sugar
Salt as required
1 tsp Ghee
Directions
Heat oil in a pan
Add five slices and green chili
Sautéed for 1 min
Add cabbage and tomatoes
Sautéed for 2 min
Add turmeric powder and salt and sugar
Mix it well
Cover and cook in medium heat .. check in between cabbage will release water and cook in own water
Cool till cabbage is done I like my cabbage little bite to it not mushy
Then add the green peace give it a toss
And cook for another 2 min
Finish off with the ghee
Serve with paratha , roti or puri or side dish with daal and rice
