Ingredients

30g quick oats

1 egg

20g protein powder

50g grated apple

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

75g low-fat Greek yoghurt

50ml almond milk

TOPPING

75g low-fat Greek yoghurt

10g PB2 powdered peanut butter

½ choc ripple biscuit crushed

Calories: 472

Protein: 44g

Carbs: 45g

Fat: 14g

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (besides extra yoghurt and pb2 + crushed biscuit). Bake @ 160 until golden (around 12-15mins) then top with the yoghurt mixture and crushed choc ripple biscuit
