Chipotle’s White Rice

Ingredients

White Long Grain Rice: 2 Cups

Water: 3 Cups

Bay Leaf: One

Minced Cilantro: 1/2 Cup

Kosher Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon

Lime Juice: 1/2 Teaspoon

Lemon Juice 1/2 Teaspoon

Butter or Oil: 2 Tablespoons

Directions

Put Rice, Water, and Bay Leaf in rice cooker and cook the rice. While cooking, mince fresh cilantro.

When done cooking, add butter to rice and mix. Then add the rest of your ingredients.
